The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy. Internal shipping policy Shipping time. All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our shipments are made via Europe and Asia. European goods  are delivered within 4 to 5 days.  For Asians allow extra days when shipping for delivery about 3 to 4 weeks due to covid 19 pandemic.If there is a significant delay in sending your order, we will contact you by email or phone..

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

 You will receive an email confirmation email as soon as your order containing the tracking numbers is sent. The monitoring number will be active within 24 hours.  i-zol is not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (invoices, taxes, etc.).

 Damages:  i-zol site bears no responsibility for products that have been damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, contact the shipping carrier to make a claim. Store all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
